The opportunity
Stahlwille Nordic is a German precision-tool house with 160 years of engineering heritage and a Nordic business that has just had three of its strongest years on record. The platform is built. The team is in place. The next chapter is about growth — and we are looking for the commercial leader to drive it.
This is a Nordic Sales Manager role with full commercial ownership of Sweden, Norway, and Finland, based in the Stockholm region and reporting to the Nordic CEO. You will lead a small, experienced team across the three markets and shape how Stahlwille scales in the years ahead.

Founded in Wuppertal in 1862, Stahlwille is a family-owned manufacturer of premium hand tools, torque tools, and calibration equipment — all manufactured in Germany. The company employs more than 600 people and exports to over 90 countries.
In the Nordics, Stahlwille is the trusted partner of customers in industries where precision, traceability, and engineering credibility are non-negotiable: transport, industrial production, defence, aerospace, and energy. Names like Scania, Volvo, Saab, and Kongsberg sit at the heart of the customer base.
The Nordic subsidiary, established in 2005 and based in Ishøj, Denmark, is in a strong growth phase — with double-digit growth three years running, modernised processes, and a clear strategic direction.
What you will do
Lead commercial development across Sweden, Norway, and Finland with full budget responsibility
Lead and develop a Nordic team of three experienced colleagues — Key Account Managers in each market, supported by technical sales
Take direct lead on the most strategic key accounts and framework negotiations
Drive the continued shift from reactive to proactive sales across the region
Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations colleagues in Denmark, and with product specialists at HQ in Germany
Help shape how Stahlwille Nordic scales — including future Nordic hires and broader commercial responsibility as the organisation grows
Who you are
You are an experienced commercial leader with a track record in B2B sales within industrial environments — tools, industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, defence, or adjacent technical sectors. You have worked across more than one Nordic market and understand how cultural and commercial dynamics differ across the region.
You lead by trust rather than by process. You are energised by being out with customers and team, motivated by impact, and equally comfortable in a key account boardroom and a workshop floor conversation. You operate with a high degree of autonomy and bring senior colleagues along through clarity and direction.

Location: Stockholm region
Travel: Regular Nordic travel and visits to HQ in Germany
