DS Flexhal – a leading European specialist in steel-based industrial and commercial buildings – is expanding its presence in Sweden and is seeking a Country Manager Sweden to accelerate growth and establish a scalable, high-performing Swedish branch.

The Role

As Country Manager, you will drive the expansion of DS Flexhal Sweden, working closely with the wider DS Flexhal organization and leveraging the group’s technical, commercial, and operational resources. You will take ownership of the branch’s strategic direction, commercial development, project quality, and team performance, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent results for Swedish customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and develop the Swedish branch, translating strategy into results

• Strengthen DS Flexhal’s market position and commercial footprint in Sweden

• Represent the company externally to customers, partners, and stakeholders

• Lead, develop, and retain the local team while shaping future capability needs

• Ensure high quality and compliance in project delivery, including resource and inventory management

• Oversee project economics, pricing, risk allocation, and tender evaluation

What We Are Looking For

• Strong track record in the construction industry, preferably in turnkey/project-based solutions

• Broad understanding of the end-to-end business, from early client dialogue to delivery and aftersales

• Proven ability to execute, deliver results, and lead high-performing teams

• Strong network among Swedish developers, investors, and contractors

• Collaborative, service-minded, and able to work effectively in both entrepreneurial and group environments
