Founded in 1954, AB Evert Lindelöf Inredningsservice has long been recognized for personal service, strong client relationships, and high-quality delivery. In 2024, Lindelöf became part of Holmris B8 A/S – Denmark’s leading interiors group – with Mentha Capital as majority owner.
- Lindelöf today: ~SEK 200m turnover, 19 employees in Stockholm
- Ambition: grow to ~SEK 500m through organic growth and acquisitions
- Holmris B8: ~DKK 1.3bn revenues, market leader in Denmark, expanding in Sweden, Norway, Germany, and the Netherlands

Mentha Capital is an independent private equity firm based in the Benelux, with a strong track record of driving growth and transformation in medium-sized companies across Europe. Today, Mentha has ~30 portfolio companies and is recognized for its hands-on, partnership-oriented approach.
Your Mission – From tradition to growth
As CEO, you will lead Lindelöf’s Swedish operations and become part of Holmris B8’s international leadership team. Together with engaged owners, you will scale the company from a family-driven set-up into a performance-oriented, future-focused organization.
The Challenge – Lead with both head and heart
Lindelöf combines deep professional pride and strong culture with a need for sharper governance, structure, and commercial drive. Your role is to:
- Create structure and accountability – while keeping the personal touch
- Be present, empathetic, and decisive – even in challenging situations
- Inspire a more goal- and data-driven way of working
- Strengthen sales by leveraging Lindelöf’s brand and Holmris’ portfolio
- Engage employees to evolve from family-business mindset to international group
- Build strong relationships with architects, developers, and major corporate clients
Your Profile
You are a commercially driven change leader with the ability to build trust, engagement, and results. You likely bring:
- Experience as CEO, BU Director, Commercial Director, or similar in a growth company
- Proven track record of scaling a business, ideally with investors/PE owners
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of complex, long-cycle sales
- A leadership style combining clarity, presence, and coaching
- Experience from smaller organizations, with understanding of larger group dynamics
- International exposure / cross-border collaboration (advantage)
- Industry background is not required – leadership and drive matter most
